How to derive the SD sales, delivery and Billing KPI’s information from source

I highly appreciate for your help

I have received an initial Requirement from the Client (Please refer the list below), I need to tell them the feasibility, can you help me on this? How to derive the below KPI’s information from source? Are there any standard objects/calculated? So, I installed the SD data sources and using 0SD_C03 cube with standard BEx report

Key base measures:

• Billing information model

                - Net Sales Amount & Net Sales Quantity in packaging units

                - Net Sales Quantity in kilo grams

                - Backorder (BO) Net Amount & Quantity

• CSL (Customer service level) information model

                - Fill Rate Quantity

                - CSL Ratio

                - Scheduled Amount & Quantity

                - Actual Shipment Amount & Quantity

                - Net Sales (Order) Amount & Quantity

                - Undelivered Quantity & Amount
