HI Mr. Himanshu,

There may be automatic validation tick on saving of the project is enabled in your project profile (T. Code OPSA).

Please go in T Code OPSI, & Check if there any validation is been written for Project, WBS or activity.

Fix it.

Thanks

Hi Dnyaneshwar,

Automatic validation is tick in my project profile and I also assign validation profile there.

I am doing same thing on my current project as one before because requirement is same but this warning popup comes only current client only. I am not figuring out why this is happening.

Thanking you

Hi,

Please check the definitions of PS master data validations, maybe for some reason the message master data is missing due to transports sequence (for example).  Check the messages class and numbers in OPSI transaction and next verify it in the SE91 transaction.

Hi Paulo,

Thanks for your suggestion but I came here after checking all the things.

So If I can find validation message log I can resolve it.

Thanks

Hi Himanshu,

Next Time when try to save and you get same message , Don't save , click no on dialog box. Goto extras , there you can find logs. as shown in the screen shot. If you have done this before and you couldn't see any logs there. Next option would be to goto tcode st05. there you put up a user  trace or program trace  or tcode trace, which logs all the runtime objects and messages there.

Thanking you

Hi ,

Can you paste st05 trace here. Just active the trace before saving and deactive after saving and paste the trace here or attach a excel.

Thanking you

Hi Vengaiah,

I am activated trace before saving my project and deactivate after saving my project. It is around 8-10 seconds.

Thanking you.

Run validation manually prior to saving and see if you get the same message.

This is not typical behavior.  Usually when you fail a validation step the message defined in configuration will pop up, and since you define the message it should tell you exactly what is wrong.

You can try looking at the Application Log in SLG1, but you'll need to find the object.

Hi Himanshu,

Yes, Ken said use SLG1 , there you can give  transaction code  and execute   and check or also use KCP1 for validation log but i guess this only for costing objects.

Thanking you
