Dear Friends,
Is there any possibility in standard LSO for below scenario:
Scenario 1: Say an employee not able to achieve the cut off score for an assessment, then he should be automatically assigned to the required training.
Scenario 2 : All new hires should be auto enrolled for Induction training
I know it's possible in SuccessFactors through Assignment Profile Synchronization APM feature, but client has not taken SF .

SAP supports the ability to assign courses as Mandatory or Required for both scenarios but it doesn't perform the automatic booking.
For scenario 1, you can leverage a qualification and make the test and course equivelent. Then make the test a prerequisite to the course and use BAdI 'LSO_CHECK_BOOKING' to ensure that the prereq doesn't appear until the test is complete. For the second scenario, you can leverage 'mandatory for org unit' and/or the BAdI for Mandatory to check for new hires - LSO_LEARNER, method GET_ALERTS - and assign the course as mandatory. You can also assign a qualification as Shirin says at the job level or enhance the system via config and assign it at the Org Unit level.

For Scenario 1 : It possible to run profile match up and according to the result directly book employee for the required course.
For Scenario2 : I don't sure about auto enrolled for new employee but it possible to first of all assign course to job (position) and after that find the required course for them.
