Bill of Exchange Transaction

Dear all,

I have faced a problem regarding Bill of Exchange transactions. We have posted a test cheque for a customer and reversed it afterwards.

The record is still shown in the "Presented to Bank" list as shown in the attachment BOE01.png

The portfolio is KE00. How can we remove this record from the aforementioned list?

The History of the record in shown in the attachment BOE02.png

Any comment will be appreciated.

Dear Amir,

Can you please let us know the steps/process followed by you with reference to BOE?

I see that you have mentioned about issuing check and reversing/voiding the same. What is the steps followed.

In general please note that in standard BOE functionality, BOE documents should be presented to bank using FBWE not F110.

In general these are the steps involved.

1. Invoice- TCode F-22

    Debit customer recon acct

2. Payment run(F110/F-36/FBW2)

Debit customer special GL and clear invoice created in step 1

3. Presentation of BOE(FBWE/F-33/F-34)

Credit BOE clearing account and debit Bank account

4. Clearing of Document(FBW4/F-20)

Clear Customer Spc GL from Step2 and Clear BOE clearing acct from Step 3

You can review the online documentation for more details.

Kind Regards
