RFx mail content link

Dears,

Once the RFx has published, An email is send to each supplier about the RFx information.

The email content has the link to login to RFx document.

1. How to change link information ?? i.e. the current link is pointing to the http:// <servername>: port /...

but we should not send the application server name instead it should be https:// supplier.porta.XXX.com/...

2. If I create a change version for Rfx document and published the change version information. The email is not sending automatically??

- Is that a standard behavior.

Kindly provide your input to resolve the above issues.

Check standard smartform BBP_OUTPUT_COVER.

Dear Laurent,

Thanks for the information.

In the smartform BBP_output_cover has the url information which is passed to smartform from the application.

It is mainly try to determine the portal url for the server.

Where I have supplier portal https:// supplier.portal.XX.com which is published outside. which internally calls the real server url of the portal.

so kindly tell me in the mail how can I pass the above URL.

And what is the use of 'Maintain Portal Information' in SPRO.. ??
