Installation of SEM system

I have to install SEM system.

There is no installation guide for SEM on service market place.

There is guide for BW system.

How to install SEM system ?

Is this correct..... 1st install BW and then install Add -on component of SEM ???

Please let me know in deatil

We have SAP R3 4.7 Enterprise version.

I have to install SEM 3.2 ( as part of hardware up gradation)

In this case, what is procedure for installation.??

In case to install 1st BW and then add-on,

which add-on components has to be installed ???

support of this version and installation is not available on service marketplace.

Installations for or upgrades to current releases of SAP SEM are available as part of SAP ERP installations/upgrades.

SAP SEM 4.0 Installation is part of SAP ERP 2004

SAP SEM 6.0 Installation is part of SAP ERP 2005
