I had a connection that was seeing stored procs, I tried to change it and not when I go back even though options are set to see SP's it will only show tables.

What version of CR are you using?
Crystal 2008
Upgrade to the latest service pack and try again.
Or try adding filtering, it could be your DB has to much table info, uncheck tables and all others and see if that works.
