Template BOM text doesn't come into a sales quotation

Hello experts,

I run SBO 9.1 PL9.

I have noticed that when using a template BOM which includes text lines, those lines are not coming to any of the marketing document.

Is the expected behavior?

is there any configuration to change this behavior?

Is this expected to be changed?

It is an application error.  Please check with SAP support for PL information.
