SAP Screen Personas 3.1 - Theme is not displayed

Hello,

i am using Screen Personas with the following system version:

Release 740 SP 11

Kernel release 742

Patch Level 212

I have created a flavor and a theme. I have assigned this theme with transaction /PERSONAS/ADMIN to the role which is assigned to my user and to some transactions like SMEN and XK03.

Now if i start screen personas for html, the assigend theme isn't displayed. Only the SAP Original theme is displayed.

Where is the problem?
