Cannot add Account Group to Sub-Process

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to test the Account Group functionality in SAP GRC PC 10.1 (SP 10). For that reason, I created an account group "Cash and Cash Equivalents" and made sure it's valid in the timeframe 2015 (1.1.2015 - 31.12.9999).

Subsequently, I wanted to assign the account group to one of my central or local -sub-processes. However, this was not possible because the newly created account group "Cash and Cash Equivalents" does not show up in the selection screen, see screenshot. In fact, none of the defined account groups appear in the list. It should no be an access right issue as I've given myself all available GRC PC roles.

Why do the account groups not show up in the selection screen?

Help is very much appreciated, thanks

Markus

Hello Markus,

Only Significant account groups are available to add in central sub process

check your account group

if you want to add non significant account groups also then change the table:GRPCV_ADD_ACC in SM30

now it will show all your created account groups
