Revenue planned on WBS not appearing on PCA report

Hi Everyone,

I am not able to see the revenue I planned on my WBSs on the PCA report, am I missing a step in the middle to be able to see it?

Hi,

Is sales order involved in this case?

If so, then in standard, these planned revenues are not transferred to PCA.

When you create a sales order, the activity SDOR is used. This activity is not maintained in table T886PCA, and can not be maintained there either.
That's why this posting is not taken over to PCA in online or by running 1KE0.

Hi Miya,

No sales order was involved. I solved myself. Actually when updating the revenue on WBS level, the PCA should be updated automatically...if the profit center accounting period is open. I realized that was not the case, 2016 was not yet entered under OKEQ transaction for 2016. Therefore I did that first and then ran 1KE0 to transfer the revenue to PCA.
