SMS : Non-English Characters

Dear SAP,

Sending SMS from C4C doesn't support non English characters (umlaut,cedilla and many more languages)

This has been a show stopper for our roll-out in Germany and Spain especially and France as as destination, we are looking for next year.

Please advice.

We are aware of this limitation and plan to fix it.

Please advice if this requirement is in pipeline with any of the future release.

We can discuss when you come down to London, including the SMS getting split when reaching C4C.
