Does the descriptor file for existing applications exist in SAPUI5 1.28 ?

Hello Colleagues,

I have read in SAPUI5 SDK - Demo Kit that it is possible to create a file manifest.json as a descriptor of an existing application.

Does this feature exist in SAPUI5 1.28 or is there another way to do it in this version ?

This feature is available in 1.28 as well. Please check this sample which is using 1.28.10 version: Plunker
