Fiori error while creating Sales order

Hi,

While creating the Sales Order in Fiori launch pad i am getting the below mentioned error.

"In the context of Data Services an unknown internal server error occured"


i am not able to process further, Please help.

odata request was terminated i applied 1 note

In the browser, right click - go to console tab

Let me know what it says.....

It is basically the URL formatting error....

Is this standard application or custom application?

Hi Bunty,

please check also ST22 and /IWBEP/SUTIL_LOG( Backend Errors ).

This kind of error appears to me always in custom oData development when something in the request or response of the HTTP request is not well formed( ex: bad json ... )

You could also use /IWFND/TRACES to set traces to the HTTP requests....

Hi,

sorry, it was a mistake. I was suggesting you to check the backend errors log, and i gave you the name of the report, instead of the name of transaction. Anyway , to access this kind of log you should go by transaction /IWFND/ERROR_LOG -> Backend Monitor.

Also, with this kind of error, i think that maybe there's something wrong within the URL body or something related to parsing ...

please check the error logs in gateway server.

/IWBEP/ERROR_LOG


Also check for authorization error traces in SU53 and ST01

there are no error logs in that gateway,checked already.

At what point you are getting this error.

Also check if there are any errors in the browser's console.

Providing a screenshot of error as well as of error logs in the gateway will be more helpful.

No errors in the browser console,

The error m getting is  at the Check out step in Creat Sales order app
