Upgrading from xMII 11.5 to 15.0

We are considering upgrading from xMII 11.5 to 15.0 version. Could you please share any relevant documentation, posts, articles etc. regarding this?

The upgrade works on the same line, just that you need to download latest version of migration tool from market place.
