Hi Everyone,
We have created EROP Quotation as follow up for Opportunity. We displayed it via Transaction History of Opportunity. Now we want to dlete the Quotation. But delete oprtion is greyed out. But in CRM 7.0 Delete option is available. Now we upgraded our system to CRM 7.0 EHP3. Please give me suggestions on ho we can dele the quotation.
Regards,
Priyanka
Hi Priyanka,
As we have solved the error in the erp quotation search, have you been to search and find any existing in ERP quotation search? Are you able to delete it after opening it from the search result list?

Hi, Priyanka!
First of all check that you have all needed authorizations to delete transactions.
(in SU01 see what pfcg roles are added for your user. See that for auth object CRM_ORD_PR there are valid authorities)
If it is all ok with authorizations, put breakpoint in method IF_BSP_WD_TOOLBAR_CALLBACK~GET_BUTTONS of view BT115QH_SLSQ/SQHOverView of component BT115QH_SLSQ and debug what is going on.

Hi, Priyanka!
Please specify what do you want to do, delete quotation or delete assignment of quotation to opportunity?
As far as I know in assignment block "transaction history" you can only delete assignment of objects added to current via button "Subsequent assignment", but not objects. If it is what you want, you should set such possibility in object reference profile assigned to your opportunity.

Viktor
