SAP CRYSTAL REPORT 2013 EXPORT ISSUE

hello Experts,

i am sap crystal report 2013 & while exporting RPT file to PDF/Excel its gives me error that "crystal reports stopped working" & sap crystal report 2013 closed automatically .

can you please help me to solve this issue as it makes a lot problem for me .

Hi Darshan,

What is the exact version of CR 2013 you're using (help > about)?

Try upgrading to the latest version of CR 2013.

One of the ways to troubleshoot this issue is by suppressing one section at a time and exporting it to the desired format.

Adding to Abhilash's suggestions,

- Does this happen with one perticular report or all report?

- Does the report in question work from CR designer?

- Could you export a blank report with just a text field on it?

- Could you provide database details and driver that is used in your report?

- Could you export a blank report with just a text field on it?- no i can"t export blank report with text field As same error came.

- Could you provide database details and driver that is used in your report?-IBM DB2 AS/400 & driver is ODBC(jt400).
