Hello Khizer,
There are different ways with differing degrees of difficulty to resolve this (depending on your comfort level with Oracle).
Once again depending on your comfort level, the simplest and easiest way would be to:
1. Create a new (temporary) PSAPUNDO99 tablespace
2. Update your spfile to use new PSAPUNDO99 tablespace.
3. Restart Oracle
4. Drop old PSAPUNDO tablespace
5. Create PSAPUNDO tablespace
6. Update your spfile to use PSAPUNDO
7. Restart Oracle
KR,
Amerjit
Hello,
As you can see at the SM21 entries you have shared, the error ORA-00600 is being raised at the Oracle end.
SAP is then deactivating the update mechanism as it will not be able to perform updates at the database.
The ORA-00600 error must be fixed.
I'm sorry that I cannot give more inputs on the ORA-00600, I do not have knowledge in Oracle.
Regards,
Isaías

Hi,
Seems the problem is with Oracle DB.May be The tablespace that is too small (or a DB error in general) forces a ROLLBACK in ABAP. However, since rollbacks or commits are not allowed in the update, a short dump occurs.
Please check the Oracle alert log for more.
376755 - ORA-00600 - what to do?
Thanks,
