BP (Business Partner activation)

Hi Experts,

Im in the HRrenewal 2 FP3 implimentaion, im in the process of creating development plan template. I could able to create development template via IMG under Talent Assessment--Define forms for talent assessment.

i could create the template via web application and once i click end configaration i got the message that template released (i check in the backend PHAP_CATALOG and its available.

but my issue is in the portal (hrrenewal) i could not see any template or i could not able to create development plan template even i have the role -talentmanagement specialist.

I came to know that i have to assign  BP to all my CP  and i did according to below link

but when i execute the report HRALXSYNC im geting errers for all employees

once i click on CP object and click on repair icon, im getting error message saying bellow. can any one sujject what i missed and what i want to do to create development plan template as TMS.
