Webi Report database connection issue

HI Experts,

I have a confusing issue with the Webi report running from BI Launchpad 4.1. I have a requirement that needs my UAT region to point to the Training database for testing. I created the connection in Dev environment to test it first in my part. I pointed the Dev environment with to training region and reports worked fine. But In UAT, I created connection for training database, tested the connection, published it to repository, everything works fine in Universe. Test is successfull. But after I point the universe to new Training Database, and publish it. The reports from BI launchpad gives me

Can you please give me a solution for this? I am confused because it works fine in Dev environment and even the test in Universe for connection is ok.

Hi Amit and Regina,

Thanks for the reply. The issue has been resolved. Actual issue was the updated tnsnames directory for training was not updated in UAT. As soon as it got updated the issue got resolved.
