How to map additional fields and org units during employee replication for EC to C4C integration

We are currently implementing Employee Central Service Center for a customer. I have some questions regarding the org units and additional fields needed from EC in C4C for employees. 1.The current org structure in EC does not support the employee service center structure for the customer. This is organized differently. We have defined an org structure in C4C that is in line with what is needed for the EC service center functions in C4C (helpdesk). Out of the 5500 employees replicated only 25 will act as agents and work on C4C as agents handling tickets in C4C. These agent employees have to be mapped to the org units defined in C4C. Is this a manual activity after employee replication or is there a way to do it using the integration. 2. Customer also wants to map additional fields for employees from EC to C4C. Can this be done using the integration.
