Hi,
In my customer (or prospect) in the activities view, i can open emails that i have pulled over from my mail application into C4C.
In my email activity in C4C i can create new transactions in the related items tab, but i can not create an email as an reply to my email.
Can this be activated or is it just not available in todays release.

The primary e-mail interaction mode in SAP Cloud for Customer is to work via the email client and leverage the appropriate plug-in to synch the email with C4C.
