BO Login issue - Windows AD Authentication

Hi,

I am facing a different issue.

Issue Description : First time I log into BO Webi / BO CMC with windows authentication, it fails/hangs. Second time if I log into with the same username and password it displays a home page.

Kindly give suggestions/thoughts for resolution. Answers would be highly appreciated.

if your manual AD not working in client tools like webi rich client.

change the SPN

then go  to CMC->Authenticioan->AD->SPN->serviceaccoutn@DOMAIN.COM

if your manual AD not working in BILaunchpad then u need to correct the KDC value in Krb5.ini
