Using Max Fucntion in Macro

Dear Experts,

I am facing difficulties while formulating the MACRO for particular case given below,

I have attached two images showing the dummy Planning Book data & MAX function inputs

We need to calculate Baseline forecast as max value of ( ACTUAL SALES QTY M 09.2015 ) & ( L3M AVG SALE QTY ).

Expected output of Macro was 135, but system is suggesting some random value.

How to compare both the values at cell level or any other function can be return the max considering both cell only.

Deep,

In the Macro Function, maintain the same dates for Column, make From and To Column as "M 09.2015" and check the box "Column Relative" for both From and To.

Hi Deep,

You mentioned to calculate max value of ( ACTUAL SALES QTY M 09.2015 ) & ( L3M AVG SALE QTY ) but In the screenshot both the rows are showing same name - L3M AVG SALE QTY.  - Please check.
