Slowness in Reports migration - BO CMC

Hi,

I am facing slowness while migrating reports from one environment to the other using promotion management.

Exact issue : It is taking endless time to select reports, sometimes not at all selecting.

Kindly guide me in this issue.

Hi

You could try creating a separate APS for the promotion manager service and then set the -Xmx setting in the properties of the APS.

We had some issues with large promotions.

How many reports are you selecting one time?Might be try to reduce the number of reports in one job if you are selecting large list.

I am feeling this when I add 1 report or still more even but not all times. I can say it happens in the ratio 1:2.
