Hierarchy load issue - 0COSTELMNT

Hello Gurus,

I tried to load hierarchy from R/3 datasource  0COSTELMNT_0102_HIER in quality system,

I get the below error with the load :

RSDS_DATA_PUSH_CHAR1000:READ TABLE l_t_transtru INTO l_s_transtru

But same load works well in production system.

Could you please help me to resolve the issue.
