SMTP SSL Issue

We have been running SMTP succesfully with PB12.02.  Recently we upgraded servers and now SMTP does not want to send e-mails externally

from the log:

of_SendMail Start: 10/14/2015 14:50:20

220 JARUXXX.jaru.com Microsoft ESMTP MAIL Service ready at Wed, 14 Oct 2015 14:50:20 -0400

EHLO WS91

250-JARUXXX.jaru.com Hello [1.1.1.1]

250-SIZE 37748736

AND MORE.......

MAIL FROM:<HelpDesk@jaru.com>

250 2.1.0 Sender OK

RCPT TO:<lmobradovich@gmail.com>

550 5.7.1 Unable to relay

Is there a way to manipulate SSL?

Thanks in advance

I am not an Exchange expert but I am pretty sure that there is a Relay option in Exchange that needs to be set. I think the default was changed in newer versions of Exchange. The new default only allows you to send to internal email addresses.
