Hi experts,
I have an issue with the job related to an infopackage full, it's cancelled in source system.
This infopackage is launched via a process chain.
Here the error in BW:
As you can see at the left of the screen :02:16:56 ( 8.661 From 5.774 Records ) , the number of records extracted id superior to the number of records!
In the source system job, i have this error:

Does someone already faced this issue?
Thanks.

Hello Amine,
Goto Source system and check job log details in SM37.
also, check is there any rfc/idoc stuck in soruce system, clear them and then try to run IP again.
also in this kind of failures there will be dump(ST22) generated in source system, check the same

Hitesh

Hi Amine,
check in SM37 whether the extraction job is successful. And from the previous comment it is mentioned that the job is successful when you repeat.
In that case you can try doing a test load manually , it can even be an issue with the execution user in the process chain. you can change the execution user in the process chain
Thanks
Vivek

Check SM37 in the source system. Enter * and Request ID in Jobname. There should be a failed job and you could find details in the job log.

Hi Amine
The job gets cancelled in source system due to various reasons.
Could you please share the details tab information of the IP monitor to get the help you better.
Have you done any changes recently to the data flow of this master data?

HI,
can you check the job status in S37.
can you repeat the one more time job then check it out which error is getting.
go to info package monitor screen ->go to menu -> TRFC's -> check it in data ware house.
then chceck the TRFC issue in ECC system.
if TRFC's issue please push manually.
Thanks,
Phani.
Can you please check ECC SM58.
if there any failed queues then please process them by manual(F6).
At bw side info pack logs what saying?
