Standard Code List Extension

Dear experts,

is it possible to extend a standard code list ?

In my case i would to extend the CustomerTransactionDocumentDataOriginTypeCode data type that contains source of tickets (Manual data entry, Internet, E-mail, Social media, Chat, Telephony and Messagging.

Is this extension possible?

Where can i see this feature?

If the code list is possible to be extended, how can i extend it ?

Adding a new item do not provide the option to extend a code list, only to create a new one.

Hi Gabriele!

You can try this to add your options in standad code lists.

1) Access Business Configuration -> Download Code List.

2) Download the .zip file.

3) Create a new file containing just your custom codes and description in the same format.

4) Zip both files (codelist and codemapping).

5) Access Business Configuration -> Upload Code List.

6) Upload your .zip file.
