Register Database Instance in Cloud Control Center

Hi alltogether,

i want to set up a cloud control center.

But i can't register my Database Instance, where my Business One is runnning.

I tested it with the Database Instance on the cloud control center itself and this is working.

The firewall is completly deactivted on the Database server.

The SLD Agent is also running and i can see it also in the Cloud Control Center.

I could register the license server, which is on the same server like the database instance, which i couldn't register.

If i start SAP B1 it is also working without any problems.

Can you please help me to register the database instance.

Hello Max,

Hope you are well.

Could you please enter the correct instance name, .e.g. machine name is CCC and you created named instance with name "instance" then it should be working written as CCC\Instance here and then try registration.

Or if it completely different SQL Server with default instance name then try FQDN in Name section.
