Form Selection for Visits not possible

Hi C4C experts!

I am trying to set up rules for selection of the visit summary but the only form template i can configure rules for is Sales quotes. I can´t find any other options in the dropdown. Have i missed any settings?

Hi Fredrik,

Rule-based form selection for Visit Summary is currently not supported - it is currently in our product backlog for consideration in a future release.

This is still in our backlog at this time - for better understanding of the business scenarios we can potentially support, could you please provide more information regarding the business process and what types of rules you'd be looking to use for form template determination?
