No adapter is polling in PI system !!

Hi All,

In my PI landscape, no adapter is polling anything. Be it File, HTTP_AAE or SOAP(Axis) adapter.

In the communication channel log there is nothing.

I checked scheduler status from the link and it also shows that even though job is placed on the scheduler, it is not getting executed.

Using TCT tool, I found the below log for both file and soap channel:

Can anyone know what could be the issue with my PI box or scheduler and how this can be rectified.

PI Version 7.3 SP5.

Hi Neha,

Did you try re-starting the Java stack or the Messagaing Service ?

Also, in the log screenshot the last line is not completely visible. Could you please provide the complete details in the last line?

Check it in Java stack..Administration...Lock and Cache administration

Try restarting your Java instance
