Dear Friends ,
My Client has a requirement for Automatically Leave Encashment at end of the year thru sap , is it possible , if possible , please help me how to do it .

Hi,
Yes you can do this.If you are using time evaluation and integration in between time management to payroll.
Or without time evaluation you can attach one schedule process with IT416 on last day of the calendar year by which system will be calculating leave encashment based upon the configuration.

Hi ,
Business requirement leave Encashment should be done automatically , if employee is having leave quota is greater then 60 days , Leave encashment should happen every month and update in monthly payroll process for month wise leave encashment to employee .
leave will be calculated based on the calendaryear .
Encashment will be done along with jan month salary base on above eligibility i.e above 54 accumulated leave till 31st Dec
Max 18 leave will be calculated for the particular year
Please help me any possibility .

Hi,
It's possible to do as per requirement and can be handle automatically if you are using time evaluation and it's integrated with Payroll.
Let me know are you using that one. If not then you can schedule the job on the z-tcode with help customized program which will directly deal the IT416.
