SAP Fiori - Purchase Requisition Approval(Getting old PR's)

Hi Experts,

Our team is has configured the Purchase Requisition Approval Application in SAP Fiori,

The PR approval app works fine, when a new PR is created with release strategy, we can see it in the approver launch pad.

The Backend system contains lot of PR still pending to be approved which was created before SAP Fiori was setup.

Is there a was by which we can see the pending PR in the approver app.

If you can try changing some details and delivery date , may be the PR would be re triggered.

Please retry. But ideally, I dont think so.

Hi Aravindh,

Please look at the workflow inbox via SAPGUI. The transaction is SBWP.

If there are 10 PR approval workitems in SBWP, you should see 10 PR in Fiori.

Is the number of workitems different in your system?

Thanks for the quick response,

In the SBWP Tcode I am able to see the newly created PR workitems, 5 Items are present in the inbox and these items are seen in the Fiori.

But for the old PR does not have PR approval workitem since, PR workflow was not active back then,

For my approver there are 15 PR pending, only the newly created PR are seen in Fiori,

is there any way by which the old 10 PR can be seen in fiori.

Is it production system? How did you handle PR approval before implementing Fiori? How did you know 15 PR are pending?

If it is not production system, there is no issue. You can ignore those PR.

Hi Masayuki,

client copy was made from Production to quality,

when we started testing in quality, we came across this issue,

this will be a problem when we move to production.

so if there are old PR pending for the approver, how can we captures this and get those PR to Fiori.

PR was approved from SAPGUI manually, with out any workflows currently.

the numbers where give by our MM consultant.

Hi Aravindh,

Solution is simple.

+ Activate PR approval workflow in the production server now. PR can be approved via SAPGUI manually. There is no change for approver's operation..

+ After that you can rollout Fiori apps.

+ Approvers can choose any approval method. Manual approval, SBWP and Fiori.
