Hi,
Can any expertise help me out how this functionality can be achieved.
Orders need to be created with inbound text.
Header and Item level text is currently not being transmitted to copy to newly created inbound orders.

It looks like caused by user exit. You may consider to deaactivate your user exit if you have then test the order creation process.
