Leave encashment automation in SAP HR ECC6

Dear All,


Below requirement received from our client is it possiable we have implemented  time managerment  please help me at lease i have to  conclude that it is possiable through Sap or we have to implemt ESS also?



Auto Leave Encashment Calculation

Business required leave Encashment should be done automatically if employee is having leave quota is greater than 60 days. This leave encashment should happen every month and update in monthly payroll process for month wise leave encashment to employee

Requirement:

  1. Leaves will be calculated based on calendar year ,
  2. Encashment will be done along with  Jan month salary base on above eligibility i.e above 54 accumulated leaves till 31st Dec
  3. Max 18 leaves will be calculated for the particular year (if accumulated count is more than 18 PL )
  4. Encashment details need to be furnished into salary Slip
  5. Leave Encashment will be calculated on latest basic salary
  6. Reports to be fetched in prescribed format only (Template given Below ) based on SAP code, Year wise with paid amount
