gATP ROC not confirming schedule lines

Hello experts,

My ODL list has the sales order #1 with confirmed quantities. 

When sales order 2 is created, it finds order 1 in the list of items that can relinquish their confirmation and the product availability in APO availability check - result overview screen is green with full confirmation

When I click 'Copy All' I do not see the confirmed schedule lines in my sales order.

Am I missing something?

You may have to look at any ECC user exits that could possibly be changing the confirmations ? Otherway to be sure that the issue is in ECC side could be to check if the APO is returning the correct confirmed quantity during the ATP check.

Thanks Babu, I will take a look what is impacting the confirmations on the ECC side though we have not made any changes. Is there any configuration on ECC side need to be there to receive the ROC confirmations?

Hello Suhail -

There is no configuration in ECC side w.r.t ROC. Everything is done in gATP side. You need to check how the RFC call is returning the data back to ECC.
