Interactive Script Editor - Assigning to Activity (Type Outbound Call)

Hello Experts,

I realize that, we can assign Scripts to Campaign or Call List. However, I have a requirement where I need to assign my Script to an Activity (Type Outbound Call).

Could you please let me know if that is possible with standard SAP or do we need to go for any Customer Enahncement ?

Thanks,
Sandeep

Hi Sandeep,

By the new Interactive Script "Transcript" Feature, you can save the script into transcript, then the transcript will be linked to the current Interaction Record and can later be retrieved from the Activity Clipboard of the Interaction Record. Not sure if this can achieve you requirement as a workaround.

See following blog for the detail:

Using the new CRM 7.0 EHP1 Interactive Scripting "Transcript" Feature

Hi Bruce,

Thanks for sharing this. Not sure if that works for me.

What I am thinking is, planning to introduce new custom field at activity level to assign the Script. And make that field as Hyperlink.

When the agent works on the activity, he can click on the hyperlink, and can access the script.

However I am still thinking of the best option..

Thanks again.

Sandeep
