EBP browser problem

Hi Experts,

When I login first time using browser link, it showes the proper window with all options in <b>"Application Monitors",</b>

When I select any of the option then Application monitors window then mirror window of <b>"Application Monitors",</b> get display on right side of first window application Window.

Again when I again select any option then Application monitors then for third select the system automatically gets logg off from the SRM system.

I am not getting why this type of error we are gettin ? whether we are missing?

The above thing is happning in one client, if I login to other client then we are not getting this type of error.

By the way check table TWPURLSVR setting correctly and publish all your services w.r.t BBP.

Hi

Which SRM version are you using ?

<u>Couple of reasons can be possible here.</u>

1) Either the Z roles created by BASIS guys, contains composite roles

2) All the SRM Webpage related Internet Services are not published correctly.

Execute the report to publish all the Internet Services in this client.

The report name is -> SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INTERNAL.

3) Entries are not maintained correctly in Table - TWPURLSVR table.

4) Some other configuration settings in the ITS is missing. Any errors occuring in SLG1, ST22, RZ20, SM21 transactions in the SRM system. If yes, please paste the details here.

Thanks for reply

1. No Z roles are assigned to the user.

2. I had run the report SIAC_PUBLISH_ALL_INTERNAL but no errors occured.

3. Entriy maintained in the table TWPURLSVR.

4. in Tcode SLG1 no nerror I found.

Reply me for any other clarification.

I had check the table TWPURLSVR in both the client.

Records are maintained on both the tables.
