Lumira storyboard not opening when upgrading from 1.25 to 1.27

Hi Team,

Current Lumira server on BI launchpad is 1.25 and when the enduser upgraded lumira tool from 1.25 to 1.27.

Storyboard is not opening in BI launchpad,and throwing the error shown in the   atached file/screenshot.

Do the server too needs to get upgraded to 1.27??

Yes. You need to upgrade Server also. What version of IE you have?

I am not aware of the clients IE versions one.But why??What are the versions for chrome and IE one should have??

IE 11 is minimum. Chrome should not matter

I confirm that if you create (or save) an extension in 1.27 you need 1.27 or higher also on the server side (and reciprocally).

For BIP, if refering to the doc, it supports IE 10 and 11, and Chrome.
