TABLE NAME IN CRM_DNO_MONITOR

Hi friends,

I am not a CRM Technical. But i want to know the table name for the field in TCODE : CRM_DNO_MONITOR . IT IS IN CRM SOLUTION MANAGER.

STEP 1 : LOGIN TO CRM SOLUTION MANAGER.

STEP 2 : GO TO TCODE CRM_DNO_MONITOR.

STEP 3 : PRESS F8.

STEP4 : DOUBLE CLICK ANY LINE ITEM. WILL GET A NEW SCREEN.

IN WHICH ONE TABLE CONTROL WILL BE THERE. HERE IN THE

ROW "Activity: Planned Total Duration" 4 COLUMNS ARE THERE.

I WANT TO KNOW THE TABLE NAME FOR THE 3RD COLOUM

(DURATION)

Hi Senthil,

I couldn't understand your problem correctly but what i got is you want to do something related to table which is associated with tcode crm_dno_monitor.

I worked a lot for you on the system and the table from which the report is being generated by this tcode is

CRMD_ORDERADM_H.

Go to se11 enter table name CRMD_ORDERADM_H .

go to display mode and here you can check all the message or support notifications created when you view it's entries.

It has got all the fields like user created ,status,time and reported by and last accessed by etc.

Hi Prakhar,

Can you help me in details for the Tcode CRM_DNO_MONITOR.

Pls explain me what is My Departmet, My Colleagues, My Team(s) means when i execute the above tcode and how to use these selection options if i need.

Hi Prakhar,

I have a task to do in the tcode crm_dno_monitor.

Once you see all the messages created, just double click on any of the message and go to the detail display.

I need to add some user defined entries in the drop down list of the field Category.

Do you have an idea how this can be done?

Do reply ASAP.

Hi Prakhar,

I got the solution for my earlier problem. Solution was tcode CRMC_ACT_CATEGORY.

Now I need to make category and person responsible mandatory in the detail screen of CRM_DNO_MONITOR. Do u know of some BADI for this issue?

BADI's DNO_EVENT_SAVE and CRM_ORDER_FIELDCHECK are not working.

Please reply asap.
