Messages not reached at receiver in BPM scenario

Hello Experts,

We have one scenario wherein sender is sending file to PI, PI is then transfer that file to BPM , BPM sends that file to PI again, PI will do mapping and then sends to receiver.

Here, sender sent files to BPM through PI but BPM is not able to send those to receiver via PI

Can you please let me know what might be the issue in this ?

We are using single stack PO 7.31

Hello,

Issue is that message is not coming of out of PI?

check the logs in process manager.

Open the service interface in NWDS and select service reference.Then select XI and configure the Business System of BPM

Issue is message is not getting delivered to receiver.

In message monitoring also no messages in error  or canceled status...

It is stuck in BPM process.

Yes it was stuck in BPM process, we canceled that process now.

Everything is fine now.
