Please let me know how to raise a ticket request in HCP like we raise incident in SAP

Hello Karthik,
According to my experience there is no specific methodology as of now to create tickets on SMP since one cannot see the HCP system owned by him. However if you are dealing with the HCP integration with C4C, you can try the Incident Management from C4C.
