User Settings Restriction

Hi,

I need to setup user accounts for people just raising Purchase orders but do not have access to any reporting or any other work center.

I am doing this as follows:

Application/User Management>Business Users>Select User>Edit Access Rights and selecting only Purchase requests and orders work center.

Business Analytics> Design Reports> Assignment Overview> Removing all the necessary reports from the Purchase Requests and orders work center.

Is this the only way this can be achieved? or is there a smarter way of restricting users to just entering PO's.

Hi Jay,

your user should be able to create/ edit/ view Purchase orders. So I would use the same approach your described.

If your user should just order and do not start postprosessing, then your user might use the self service for Shopping Cards.
