Group Drill Down working in Crystal Reports Software, Not working when executing from BO Server

Hi All,

I tried to Run a Report in Crystal Reports software, where Group Level Drill down is working in Crystal Reports software. For Example When I Clicked Country Level grouping Data, Individual Region Data gets displayed in Crystal Reports. But I am not able to do the drill down the same grouping, when executing the report in SAP BO 4.0 server.

Kindly let us know where will be the issue exists.

Did you try changing the Viewer from the BI LaunchPad preferences?

Hi,

Currently in Launch Pad, Under Preferences -> Crystal Reports -> Select a Default view format -> web (no downloading required) is selected. Do i Need to select or change any other preferences

Hi Mukesh,

Does this happen with all reports with groups or just this one report?

Could you have your BO Admin check to make sure you have all the necessary rights?
