Problem in FBCJ posting

Dear All,

I am getting this problem with FBCJ Posting,

Can anyone help me on This issue,

If the person who is not having the posting authorization for FBCJ, try to post the data, the amount is getting updated in HR

How to sort out this problem.

Dear Kumar,

FBCJ posting is not at all related to HR. What your client is doing here posting cash for Employee vendor. and they incorporated the cash journal to HR G/L.

first authorization is not there for the user to post cash journal.

second if you post cash journal in the HR master no where it will update. untill unless any customizations done. if customizations are there then why client post through FBCJ ?

so check once business practice and this issue is not at all related to Hr, check with MM and FICO for cash journal posting and BASIS for authorizations.

In which infotype is this getting updated in HR? Check the user's P_ORGIN authorization object. If the user should not be allowed to make any changes to HR data, ensure that the correct authorization level(R) is assigned or deactivate the authorization object if read access is also not required.
