Usergroup not provisoned for some users in GRC10

Dear Experts,

We have an issue with  some new users as their usergroup is not updating in system even after completion of the access request.

Usergroup details are clearly mentioned under system details and the usergroup available in child system as well.

This issue is happening only with some set of users and they are unique from regions.

Could you please help us to understand the issue.

We are on GRC 10 and SP15.

there are some notes in this regard that might help you.

Also please provide the provisioning log and SLG1 log if any issue can be detected.

Seems that you are using CUA for your provisioning. Hence please check and implement the following note: http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/2121176

This should fix your issue.

Thanks for your suggestions Alessandro, How ever this issue is happening only for few requests.

rest of the requests are fine which means users are getting created with usergroups.

What's the difference of these requests? Different user group? Different systems? Other request type?

Hello Alessandro,

There is no process differences. Only differences are Users, roles, Usergroups and systems.

We have 3 ECC systems connected to central systems.
