- Can't find approver in the approved preview when processing confirmation -
As I said above the title, our users who are processing confirmation cannot find their approver in the approved preview. So confirmation workflow does not start. Yes!! In the SRM GUI, there is no workflow at all.
It's very strange.
One day, the same problem happened like this.
I tried to check all things (OOCU, Workflow conditions..is related to Workflow)
There was no problem. I couldn't find the reason why no approver was displayed in the approved preview.
However, that day after.. (the day which we couldn't find the approver)..
Strangely, the approver was showing up in the approved preview again.
I did nothing.
It was surprisingly showing up!!.
I thought the ghost was living in our SRM system.
It happend several times.
To sum up,
One day, Our users can't find their approver in the approved preview when processing confitmation.
The following day, it's possible to see the approver.
Could you tell me why it is happending?
Could you tell me what it is wrong with our system.?
I am really serious.
If the day which we can't see the approver on the last day of month in our company, it is going to be a big problem.

Which SRM version are you using ?
<u>Is this problem happening logging via SRM GUI as well. Check in transaction BBP_PD for a particular dosument as well to ensure correctly. Execute BBP_PD for Object type - BUS2121 (for SC), BUS2201 (for Purchase Orders), and BUS2203 (for Confirmations).</u>

Our system version is SRM4.0
I have already checked BBP_PD with BUS2203.
Everything is fine.
The important thing.. it's working now as if we had no problem.
It's so strange..
Does anybody have this symptom as well?
Does anybody help me with this?
