PPDS run creating Planned order with out Operation data -Please suguest

Hi All

When i run the PPDS Run (SAP_PP_002) Planned order creating with out Operation data when we see in RRP3

for a product it is creating planned orders with operation data in some period in some period it is creating with Operation data ,Can you please suggest why it is creating with out Operation data

Hi vijaya

Check your PDS or PPM  for that material whether the operation are visible or not .IF not check in the ECC whether operation are assigned to material under routing or receipe group.

but Planned orders are creating some of the period with Operations data and some of the periods not creating Operation data for same Product in RRP3

Hi Vijaya

Have you checked the operation were assigned to your pds . Check for any changes were done under routing group.

Generally SAP_PP_002 Heuristics  will not generate receipt or supply to requirement which are already confirmed . SO check any changes are happened in masters of that product . And also check whether your facing these problem for newly created orders or older order also
