IDoc to Soap : ECC -> PO then message failing

Hello Gurus,

I am facing some exceptional behaviour. Need you inputs. Below is the screen shots.

IDOC -> PO -> BPM

PO - 7.31 sp6

IDoc is successful in ECC. it reached PI. in message monitoring message details is incomplete.

From ECC for every Sales order save will create the IDoc. till now 3 times idoc was sent. all time its the same case.

What I could check in ICO. other messages passes via this ICO works fine, this issue is happening only for one SAP Sales order.

receiver channel log. message sent long back. tough to get the log.

Are you using any Condition in ICO?

Please tell exactly what is the scenario?

Hello Raghu,

Yes. there is 5 interface in the interface determination step.

IDoc was not getting passed in the condition, so moni has missing data about the receiver i/f.

Hello Harish,

there is no error or log for the message.

in message moni a message entry is there and there is no info about the receiver SI.

if I open that message there is no info about the after mapping entry.
